Section 01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and luckygames ("luckygames," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at luckygames.today and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

luckygames reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 02 Eligibility

To register and use the luckygames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services is lawful at the time of each session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of luckygames, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the luckygames Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. luckygames reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

Section 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of luckygames services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all luckygames accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the luckygames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. luckygames is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckygames account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify luckygames support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

luckygames is required to verify the identity of all players as part of our compliance obligations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Section 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

luckygames accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at luckygames's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on luckygames is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. luckygames does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to luckygames are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. luckygames reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified luckygames account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. luckygames reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the luckygames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). luckygames does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Section 05 Bonuses & Promotions

luckygames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckygames reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• luckygames reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.

Section 06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the luckygames Platform — including slots, live casino games, fishing games, and bingo — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. luckygames does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Each game on the luckygames Platform has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game interface. luckygames reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during gameplay, luckygames reserves the right to void the affected round or bet. Any winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. luckygames will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore account balances to their pre-malfunction state where technically feasible.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

luckygames is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. In live casino games, disconnection during a live round will be handled in accordance with the applicable game provider's rules.

Section 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckygames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay or to circumvent Platform security measures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal gameplay conditions.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving services or winnings from luckygames.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing luckygames staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the luckygames Platform without prior written authorization.

Section 08 Responsible Gaming

luckygames is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible directly from your luckygames account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your luckygames account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your luckygames account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period without permanently closing your account.

Section 09 Intellectual Property

All content on the luckygames Platform — including but not limited to the luckygames brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of luckygames or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the luckygames Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any luckygames content without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of luckygames intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckygames, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the luckygames Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on your end.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, software errors, or third-party service failures beyond luckygames's reasonable control.

In no event shall luckygames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckygames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luckygames's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 11 Privacy

luckygames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the luckygames Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

luckygames implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and luckygames cannot guarantee absolute data security.

Section 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by luckygames

luckygames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, luckygames may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your luckygames account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the luckygames Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.

Section 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and luckygames, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. luckygames is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.

Section 14 Amendments to These Terms

luckygames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luckygames will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the luckygames Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
