These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the luckygames platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposits returned at luckygames's sole discretion. If you are under 21, do not attempt to register or access the Platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. luckygames reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

Section 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of luckygames services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all luckygames accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the luckygames Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual โ€” whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers โ€” is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. luckygames is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luckygames account credentials, including your username and password. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at luckygames's discretion. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on luckygames is โ‚ฑ100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. luckygames does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to luckygames are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. luckygames reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and linked to your verified luckygames account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is โ‚ฑ200. luckygames reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the luckygames Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (โ‚ฑ). luckygames does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Section 05 Bonuses & Promotions

luckygames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. luckygames reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the specific bonus terms.
  • Bonuses may only be used for the games and game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on excluded games may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
  • luckygames reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will be honored subject to the applicable wagering requirements.
  • Abuse of bonuses โ€” including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, or exploitation of software errors โ€” will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required.
Bonus Tip: Always read the specific terms attached to each luckygames promotion before claiming. Pay particular attention to the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and expiry date. Bonus funds that expire unused are forfeited.

Section 06 Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

6.3 Malfunction Policy

Section 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luckygames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

  • Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.

Section 09 Intellectual Property

In no event shall luckygames's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckygames account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luckygames's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Section 11 Privacy

Section 12 Termination

12.1 Termination by luckygames

luckygames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, luckygames may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your luckygames account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your license to use the luckygames Platform is immediately revoked. Section 14 Amendments to These Terms

luckygames reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luckygames will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.
